How we Sell or Share Your Personal Data
In the course of offering our services to Inquoro clients, we may share or sell your data, including survey responses, with our clients and partner organizations. You may opt out of having your personal data sold to or shared with clients and partner organizations by updating the permissions on your Inquoro account, or by emailing us at: privacy@inquoro.io
How Long We Will Keep Your Data
Inquoro will keep your data as long as it is necessary to fulfill the business purposes enumerated here and in the full privacy panel. This generally means that we will keep your data so long as you are a panel member. You may also exercise your right to erasure by emailing us at: info@inquoro.io

Inquoro Panel Member Privacy Policy

Introduction
Inquoro is a survey research company that empanels members to provide responses to surveys commissioned either by Inquoro directly or by one of our clients. Once you have opted-in to membership in the Inquoro panel, you will be contacted when there is a survey that needs a member like you to respond. In general, Inquoro uses the information you provide, including personal data, demographic information, and opinions to generate insights for our clients and for research purposes.
This Privacy Policy describes the type of information that Inquoro collects from you or that is collected when you interact with Inquoro applications, tools, products or services, including through SMS/MMS messaging, survey mechanisms, or other communications (collectively, the "Services"), as well as how Inquoro collects, uses, maintains, discloses and protects that information. Aside from the uses described below, Inquoro does not share your personal data with any third parties. Please review these terms carefully before deciding to join the Inquoro panel. By joining the panel, filling out the initial panel member questionnaire, and taking surveys offered to you by Inquoro, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, at which point you will be notified of the changes and asked to confirm your continued consent. What Information We Collect
Inquoro collects some data directly from you, either as information you provided in your initial panelist questionnaire, or information you provided in response to a survey you took. Inquoro also collects other information as you interact with the Inquoro services. The categories of information collected, whether directly or indirectly, includes the following:
Contact Information
Inquoro collects certain contact information in order to extend an invitation to take a survey. This information may include:
- Name
- Email Address
- Physical Address
- Cell Phone Number
Demographic Information
Inquoro collects and maintains certain demographic information as part of your profile so that you may be matched with appropriate surveys. This information may include:
- Age, gender, nationality, political affiliation, union affiliation, and/or race
Survey Responses
When you agree to take a survey through Inquoro, you affirmatively provide Inquoro information in response to the particular survey questions. This information may include opinions on a range of topics, including political candidates and consumer products. As a panel member, you maintain control over which surveys you choose to take and which questions you choose to answer, including whether or not to provide responses to questions asking for sensitive information, for example, religious affiliation.
Passive Data Collection
As you interact with Inquoro's platform and respond to surveys, Inquoro collects information relating to your access and use of the services, including but not limited to your IP address, operating system, browser, and activity (i.e. pages viewed, links clicked). This data collection may also include:
- Information relating to the device you used to interact with the survey, such as cell phone number, browser operating system, originating URL, mobile network, and unique identifiers.
- Information relating to your approximate location based on your IP address.
- Information collected by cookies, web beacons, pixels, and other similar tracking technologies that allow us to improve the survey-taking experience and automate certain aspects of your experience (including pre-populating forms), and allow us to track your survey activity.
How We Use Your Data
- Inquoro uses your data in order to offer its Services, including maintaining a panel profile for you within Inquoro, authenticating your identity, matching you with potential surveys and contacting you when there is a survey for which you are a match.
- Inquoro provides your anonymized survey response to clients.
- Inquoro incorporates your survey responses into market research, modeling, and analytics.
- Inquoro may also respond to your queries, emails, submissions, comments and requests, and to provide other customer service.
- At times, Inquoro may send administrative notices, technical updates, security alerts, and other messages about the administration of the panel.
- For any other purpose, with your consent.
Who We Share Your Data With
- Inquoro retains the right to share aggregated panelist data, as well as individual-level de-identified data, without restriction.
- Clients, affiliates, or partners who have commissioned surveys
- Clients receive anonymised responses
- Clients are not directly provided with personal data, though clients may have some of your personal data, which was provided to Inquoro in order to conduct outreach for the survey.
- Affiliated Companies
- Some affiliated companies will engage Inquoro to administer a survey, and will provide Inquoro with personal data that Inquoro will match against a voter file for identification purposes.
- Affiliates will receive de-identified survey responses.
- Third Parties
- Inquoro engages several types of third-parties in order to offer its services. We ensure that those third-parties are provided with the least amount of data necessary to perform their functions. We also ensure that those third-parties are contractually bound to avoid disclosure of your personal data and to ensure that any of your data is deleted at the first opportunity.
- Inquoro uses a third-party survey platform to collect your responses.
- Inquoro may share your data with a third-party processor in order to complete an identity verification process, including verification against the voter file.
- Inquoro also relies on certain third-party companies to process information, including cloud storage, which may include personal data. Inquoro minimizes the amount of personal data provided to any such processor and requires that processors adhere to strict requirements about handling your data so that it remains secure.
- There may be times when Inquoro is obligated to share your information in order to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
- If Inquoro is sold, or otherwise restructured or acquired, the panel information will be included as part of that transaction.
How We Store and Protect Your Data
Inquoro has designed its systems with the security of your data as its guiding principle. Inquoro's Information Security Program involves multiple security precautions, including encryption, firewalls, and internal restrictions on access to sensitive information, to prevent any unauthorized access to, or dissemination of, your data.
Leaving the Panel
If you wish to no longer be a member of the panel, please contact us at privacy@inquoro.io
- De-identified information, including your survey responses and demographic information, and information that was incorporated into models will be retained.
- Data will continue to be used in the aggregate, though not at an individual level.

Updates to this Notice
This Notice is current as of the date indicated at the top of the Notice. Inquoro may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. All updates will be posted to this site. The first time you use these Services following an update or revision to the Privacy Policy, you will be required to accept the revised Privacy Policy.
Use of Services By Minors
The Services are not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from users under the age of 18 and do not authorize users under the age of 18 to become panel members.
If you have reason to believe that information relating to a person under the age of 18 has been provided to Inquoro, please contact us at privacy@inquoro.io for removal.
Third-Party Links
This Privacy Policy applies only to websites and services owned by Inquoro LLC. It does not apply to any third party websites or applications, including those that are linked to by Inquoro LLC on its website. Those sites will have their own privacy policies that may differ from that of Inquoro LLC, and we recommend you review any such privacy policy and practices of third-party websites.
Inquoro does not collect or use your data, and does not support any use cases, that would lead to discrimination.
Inquoro does not sell personal data for targeted advertising purposes.
